Imagine that you are sitting in the crowd at the opening ceremonies for the Rio Olympics this August. The ceremony has just started and all of the Olympic athletes are parading around the stadium in their uniforms when all of a sudden… there is a huge BANG outside and then the lights when off then when the light came back on the athletes were... GONE everyone was so SCARED. Then the lights went off again the they came back on and the athletes were back apparently they never left they went to see the big BANG. It was a lightning bolt but nothing was broken nor not one person was hurt. I was screaming my HEAD off because i was WAY to scared and i hid in my mums jacket and when the athletes were back i was crying in relief. Then everything was fine better than ANYTHING and everyone was singing the anthem of NZ. Then the host came out and the host is the... PRIMINISTER. Then the PRIMINISTER said CALM DOWN PEOPLE IT IS NOW OVER he shouted. so everyone left then i wen t back home with my mum and dad. The athletes picked me up an SQUEEZED me so tight and they tried to kiss my mum on the cheek.
